These local business enterprise will be set up with a twofold purpose in mind. Firstly, to provide avenues for employing and training disabled workers. Secondly, it is hope that through these local businesses we will be a self-sustaining project within the next five years.

Staff Training
As we build up localised staff in Vietnam we will endeavor to train and equip them to be effective in helping disabled children. 

This will be achieved by recruiting professional volunteers from overseas to come and do intensive training in their field of expertise.

An official business license has been set up in Vietnam which would enable us to achieve our three areas of focus below.
